Exchange & Returns Policy

At Spex2020, all eyeglass purchases are eligible for exchange only. Due to the custom nature of prescription and eyewear products, we do not offer refunds, returns for credit, or cash reimbursements.

Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for an exchange:

Items must be returned in original condition
Products must include original packaging and accessories
Frames must not show excessive wear, damage, or alterations
Exchange requests must be approved prior to return shipment

Products returned in damaged or non-resalable condition may not qualify for exchange.

Prescription Eyewear

Prescription lenses and custom prescription eyewear are custom-made products. Customers are responsible for submitting accurate prescription information during checkout.

Exchanges for prescription eyewear are limited to the following situations:

Manufacturing defects
Incorrect prescription produced by our lab
Incorrect item received
Shipping damage

Spex2020 is not responsible for customer-submitted prescription errors.

No Refunds

All sales are final.

Spex2020 does not provide:

Refunds
Store credits
Cash reimbursements
Order cancellations after production begins

Approved requests will be processed as exchanges only.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Description of the issue
Photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Spex2020 is not responsible for lost return shipments.
