Delivery times start after processing and may vary by location and courier.

Standard Delivery (Estimated):

  • Local/Nationwide: 3–7 business days
  • International (if offered): 7–21 business days

Prescription & Custom Orders (Estimated):

  • Production + delivery may take 7–14 business days in total (varies by lens type and order complexity).

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by weather, customs, courier delays, or peak seasons.

3) Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package weight/size
  • Shipping method selected (standard/express, if available)

4) Order Tracking

  • If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

5) Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries
